The virtual (mandatory) Pre-bid Conference is scheduled as noted above in the Procurement Schedule. Bidders must register with the Contracting Authority, via email, no later than noon on November 5, 2021 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders who do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their proposal will be considered noncompliant. Any clarifications or changes to the solicitation, that result from the pre-bid conference, will be included as an amendment to this solicitation and communicated only to the pre-bid conference attendees.
