Description

As the Main Construction Manager (MCM) for the Giant Mine Remediation Project (GMRP), Parsons Inc. (Parsons) is requesting competitive bids for the purpose of selecting the best value firm to provide all services associated with the Ambient Air Quality Monitoring at Giant Mine, located in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. The Request for Proposal (RFP) price must include the cost for all labour, supervision, materials, equipment, and services required to complete the work outlined in this RFP document and according to the attachments defined in this document.

Bidders must receive a pass on mandatory document submission and achieve a score of at least 50 out of
100 points in the technical portion in order to move to the financial portion of their overall bid evaluation.

Additional Bidding Instructions

The BOP will be evaluated as the Financial portion of the bid submission. There are six tables to be populated. Tables 2 and 3 are to be used for potential change management pricing and Tables 4, 5, and 6 are for pricing for optional years. All prices must be in Canadian funds, FOB Giant Mine, Yellowknife. All items discussed in the bid are assumed to be included in the quoted firm unit, lot prices or the appropriate percentage markups. Bidders must provide bids as per unit of issue requested as well as total pricing. Should there be an error in the extended pricing of the bid, the unit pricing will prevail and the extended pricing will be corrected in the evaluation. Any request for exchange rate fluctuation protection will not be considered and will make the bid nonresponsive.
