This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Spruce Grove, the Town of Stony Plain and Parkland County (the “Municipalities”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of a Regional Transit Plan. The project will be directed by a steering committee consisting of representatives from each municipality.
The City of Spruce Grove, the Town of Stony Plain, and Parkland County, often referred to as the Tri-region based on the close proximity of their geographic borders, are municipalities located immediately west of Edmonton, Alberta and are home to over 75,000 residents.
All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice.
