This Request for Information (“RFI”) is issued by Parkland County (the “County”) for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements. Parkland County asks respondents to respond and provide the information requested below.

The County is seeking information on options for the replacement of the existing in-car video camera system used by our Enforcement Services department as well as information from potential suppliers who can support the existing system prior to replacement. The system should be capable of the following at minimum: - Upload video files via Wi-Fi access point; - Require minimal Peace Officer input; - Record a minimum of four different cameras at once; - Automatic recording with external triggering; - Continuous recording that does not upload; - Back end software program to manage videos; and - Integrate with a body worn camera expansion.
