This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by Parkland County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of engineering services for the design and construction supervision of the project “Acheson Zone 5 Waterloop”; comprised of installing 300 m of 600 mm diameter waterline in the Acheson Industrial Area of Parkland County from Zone 3 to Zone 5, including a Highway 16A crossing, as further described in Part 3 – RFP Particulars (the “Deliverables”).
