Description:
York University Development Corporation (“YUDC”) is issuing this Request for Submissions (“RFS”) on behalf of York University (“the University” or “York”) to solicit submissions from interested parties (“Respondent(s)”) for the following (collectively referred to as “the Project”):
a) The design, build, finance and maintenance of the York University Markham Centre Campus Student Housing and Ancillary Services Building (the “Building”), which is comprised of a Student Housing Facility, a Food Service Facility, a potential Recreation and Fitness Facility, and development of lands at-grade and below-grade; and
b) The operation of the Student Housing Facility and Food Service Facility, (the “Student Housing Services” and the “Food Services” respectively).
