Description:
York’s Grounds, Fleet and Waste Management department, a division of Property Management – Facilities Services, is inviting potential Proponents to provide Waste Transfer Station Services. York has an objective to reduce their impact on the environment and ultimately move towards a goal of zero waste. York makes every effort within recycling and waste reduction programs for reaching zero waste. York’s desire of reaching zero waste must include an off-site recovery process of harvesting more recyclable materials and safely disposing what cannot be recycled.
York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid. Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.
