Description:
York University (“York”) intends to purchase Water Softening Salt from K+S Windsor Salt Ltd., and is notifying its intent by way of an Advanced Contract Award Notice (“ACAN”).

Submission Deadline:
May 26, 2020 at 3:00:00pm EST.

Duration of Agreement:
The initial term of the Agreement shall be for 36 months, with two (2) optional twelve (12) month extensions.

Responses must be submitted in English.
