Description:
York is inviting qualified Proponents to provide roof replacement services for, but not limited to, academic buildings, administrative buildings and auxiliary buildings, for the Keele Campus located at 4700 Keele Street, Toronto and the Glendon Campus at 2275 Bayview Avenue, Toronto.
The purpose of this RFSQ is to solicit information about your firm’s experience, qualifications, capacity and methods. Firms submitting responses must have completed work in similar nature and complexity. By responding to this submission the Proponent confirms its ability to and interest in performing services described in this RFSQ. York intends to qualify up to eight (8) Proponents.

York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid. Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.

Duration of Agreement:
The roster of pre-qualified Roof Replacement Contractors will remain in effect for a period of two (2) year commencing on the day of award of this RFSQ. There will be an option to extend the term for one (1) year extension at York’s sole discrestion.

Negotiation:
York reserves the right in its sole discretion to negotiate modifications to any Proposal received without becoming obligated to offer to negotiate with any other Proponent(s).
