Description:
York University is seeking proposals for a Queue Management Platform to improve the overall student experience at service desk locations across campus. During peak period times during the year, each service desk experiences long lineups with students visiting each location to get into the queue for service.
There are multiple queue management solutions existing at York University providing a fragmented experience for students. Moreover, York University is interested in a single platform that can scale as more Departments wish to use a central queue management solution.
York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX and have obtained the Bid Document directly from MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid. Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.
