Description:
The objective of this RFSQ is to develop a roster of qualified and experienced Proponents to perform photographic services in support of York University’s magazines and marketing efforts.   
York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid.  Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.

1. The criteria that will be used to prequalify the suppliers is available within the tender document;

1. Only the suppliers on the prequalified list will receive further notices of procurement covered by the list (e.g. Stage 2);

1. The term of the Agreement shall be for thirty-six (36) months. Further requests for suppliers to apply for inclusion on this list will not be published.
