Description:
The School of Continuing Studies (“SCS”) has experienced significant growth in its programs, resulting in a need to lease space that can be easily converted to fully serviced classroom space until August 2021.
The SCS is willing to entertain submissions directly from lessors and or commercial real estate firms that can secure the necessary space requirements.

York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid.  Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.
