York University (“York”) is soliciting supplier qualification submissions from General Contractors (“Contractors”) that wish to participate in an Interior fit-out, renovation of the 3rd to the 7th floor of the Atkinson Tower on the Keele CampusThe renovation is for York’s Faculty of Liberal Arts and Professional Studies. The renovation will consist of approximately 2,500 M2, including but not limited to: extension of the elevator shaft and elevator modernization, private offices, a reception area, meeting rooms, lounge areas, open and closed concept workstations, offices, additional washrooms,five barrier-free washrooms and three universal washrooms.
York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid. Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.
