Description:
York’s Transportation Services, Ancillary Services is inviting established Proponents to provide bus maintenance and repair services to Keele Campus located at 4700 Keele Street, Toronto, and occasionally to Glendon campus (2275 Bayview Avenue). Proponents shall have local service availability and local account manager. The Selected Proponent shall complete bus maintenance and repair services at their repair facilities. York University arrange to drop & pick these vehicles at the Selected Proponent’s location at their own expense for servicing & after servicing. In special circumstances, York may require the Selected Proponent to provide service at Keele Campus. York shall be responsible for all transportation and towing services to the Selected Proponent’s facilities.
York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid. Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.

Delivery Date
On an as needed basis.
Duration of Agreement:
The initial term of the Agreement shall be for twenty-four (24) months, with three (3) optional twelve (12) month extensions.

York reserves the right in its sole discretion to negotiate modifications to any Proposal received without becoming obligated to offer to negotiate with any other Proponent(s).
