Description:
York University (“York”) intends to award a project to InFounders to support a component of its women’s entrepreneurship program, the Entrepreneurial Leadership and Learning Alliance. A program delivered by women, for women. York intends to hire InFounders to conduct mastermind sessions specifically designed and proven to be effective for early stage entrepreneurs.

Duration of Agreement:
The initial term of the Agreement shall be for 12 months, with two (2) optional twelve (12) month extensions.
