Description:
York requires a Proponent to provide Enterprise Architecture Advisory services for the planning and implementation of the SSRP. This initiative will take place concurrent with operational process improvement, organizational transformation, change management and technology transformation.
It is expected that the Proponent will have steep experience in the area of Enterprise Architecture for complex large scale multi-dimensional enterprise systems implementations similar to the SSRP and will leverage existing best practices research and resources from within the organization.
Key partners in this program are York Faculties, Administrative Staff, various IT departments and SSRP systems integrators and solution providers. Their expertise and input will be invaluable in the development and implementation of the program.
York expects the Proponent to conduct focused assessments of controls, planning, execution and deliverables throughout the lifecycle of the implementation, leveraging industry standards and methods.

Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.
