Description:
York University is seeking prospective proponents with proven enterprise architecture practice and resources for the realization of enterprise architecture at York University. Key elements include diagnostics to measure usage and pertinence of technologies currently supporting the institutions functions, defining definitions and driving principles of enterprise architecture, inventory of application portfolio, opportunities for optimization and value add to the provide strategic direction for technology investment for the University’s IT strategic master plan.

Duration of Agreement:
It is anticipated that the completion for the engagement will last six (6) months from the contract start date. The initial term of the Agreement shall be for six (6) months with an optional extension of up to three (3) months at York’s sole discretion.

Following evaluation of all Proposals, it is York’s intention to enter into negotiations with the Proponent who offers the best overall value to York.
