Description:
The University is seeking a qualified Proponent with proven experience to develop a proposal and recommendations for an alternative security services model consistent with the guiding values and understandings outlined in the University’s Anti-Black Racism Framework: Transformation Charting the Way Forward and the University’s draft Action Plan on Black Inclusion.

York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid. Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.

Delivery Date:
Service implemented by a tentative date of May 17, 2021

Duration of Agreement:
It is anticipated that the completion of deliverables for the project, its recommendations and presentations expected to last up to six (6) months from contract start date. York may, at their sole discretion, engage the Selected Proponent for a period not to exceed twelve (12) months for the current scope or additional tasks related to this scope of work at the rates listed in the Pricing Schedule.

Negotiation:
York reserves the right in its sole discretion to negotiate modifications to any Proposal received without becoming obligated to offer to negotiate with any other Proponent(s).
