Description:
The Division of Students is seeking a qualified firm with proven enterprise to do an audit and develop a series of recommendations in priority order, to support the Division of Students in reviewing policies, practices, communications and services supporting students, and the staff of the Division, using an equity, diversity and inclusion lens. At the same time the Division of Students is looking for a qualified firm to develop a Divisional implementation/action plan, or “roadmap” to support the University’s Anti-Racism Framework. The Division also seeks support in facilitating a Divisional Anti-Black racism working group to monitor our progress on implementing the recommendation.

Duration of Agreement:
It is anticipated that the completion of deliverables for building an equity, diversity, inclusion, and anti-racism plan for the Division of Students, its recommendations and presentations expected to last up to three (3) months from contract start date. York may, at their sole discretion, engage the Selected Proponent for a period not to exceed six (6) months for the current scope or additional tasks related to this scope of work at the rates listed in the Pricing Schedule.

Negotiation:
York reserves the right in its sole discretion to negotiate modifications to any Proposal received without becoming obligated to offer to negotiate with any other Proponent(s).
