Description:
York’s University is inviting established Proponents to provide carpet, upholstery cleaning and water extraction services for housing buildings on Keele Campus located at 4700 Keele Street, Toronto and Glendon Campus located at 2275 Bayview Avenue, Toronto.
York’s intention is to select one (1) Proponent to establish a Vendor of Record (“VOR”) who demonstrated that they can provide best value to both campuses.
On an as-required basis the VOR may be requested to provide competitive quotes for carpet cleaning at another locations at York campus. Such projects may be sent for quotation to the VOR for York’s review and consideration. York in its sole discretion may accept the quotation and/or solicit additional quotes or publicly post the document.
York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid.  Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.
