Description

YorkU is inviting Proponents to share information that will inform the upcoming potential procurement processes for organic resource recovery from food service outlets on campus. York is looking for solutions that would allow it to divert organic material from landfill, for beneficial use on or off campus, and reduce haulage emissions and fees.
An ideal solution would also provide opportunities for experiential learning for students and research opportunities for faculty members.
York is interested in opportunities with creative funding opportunities and limited upfront capital costs, including leasing equipment or shared savings models.
