York University (“York”) is inviting suitable Integrated Design Teams to participate in a multi-stage evaluation and selection process for the fit out and design of Lassonde School of Engineering’ Engineering Annex located on the edge of campus at 4751 Keele St. with a target completion date of September 2019. This Bid Document provides detailed information for Proponents who have the necessary qualifications and experience.    
York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid.  Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.
