Description:
York invites your team to submit Proposals for the
comprehensive Architectural Feasibility Studies for the three (3) Dining Halls at Stong, Winters and Central Square locations. The goal of the study is to determine the feasibility of undertaking the redevelopment of these facilities, considering all stated infrastructure and operational expectations as well as strategies. The studies should asses project feasibility from economic, technical, operational and schedule viewpoints. Proponents are reminded that this Study is to be managed and delivered utilizing
Integrated Design Process (IDP) and
Parametric and BIM tools and processes.
This Bid Document provides detailed information for Proponents to prepare their submissions.
