York invites qualified Proponents to submit Proposals for P23-092 Advancement CRM and VPRI RMS Solution Acquisition and Implementation, Negotiated Request for Proposal (“NRFP”). This Bid Document provides detailed information for Proponents who have the necessary offerings, services, qualifications, and experience. The Solution Integrator shall be the prime Proponent for this Bid. Please read the Bid Document carefully.
This Bid Document contains two projects:
- Advancement Constituent Relationship Management (“CRM”) Solution Project
- Vice-President, Research and Innovation, Research Management Solution (“RMS”) Project
York is seeking Solutions and value-add options to satisfy Advancement CRM or Research Management Solution requirements, or both. The objective of this NRFP to select the best value Solution(s), including value-add options, for each project.
To support York’s intention to create an open and competitive bid opportunity, for the purposes of this NRFP, Proponents may submit a Proposal package for either the Advancement CRM Solution or the Research Management Solution, or both.
Proponents may also submit a Proposal package for Solution Value-Add or Implementation Value-Add for either the Advancement CRM Solution, or the Research Management Solution, or both.
York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX and have obtained the Bid Document directly from MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid. Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.

Negotiation:
Following evaluation of all Proposals and Demonstrations, it is York’s intention to enter into negotiations with the Proponent who offers the best overall value to York.
