Description

The University of Waterloo invites qualified companies to submit Proposals for Security Guard Services, in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The University of Waterloo intends to select one Successful Responded that meets or exceeds the requirements identified in this RFP. The Successful Respondent will provide security guard services at various on and off campus buildings. The University of Waterloo intends to establish a two-year contract, with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms. The contract is expected to begin on February 1, 2023.

Mandatory Site Tour on September 21, 2022 at 9am. Confirm your attendance to the RFP coordinator by Noon on September 19, 2022. Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized in the Bonfire Portal prior to the Submission Deadline of October 11, 2022 2:30 PM EST. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. Bonfire will shut down at the Closing Time of 2:30 pm on the closing day even if you are midway through an upload. Do not leave your upload to the last day/minute. Do not submit your documents in Merx.
