The University of Waterloo’s Intact Centre is engaged in an Oakville Home Flood Education and Protection Program to develop a customized flood preparedness education program for 1,643 residential properties located within the Regulatory Flood Hazard, within the Town of Oakville, bounded by Burloak Drive, Lake Ontario, Winston Churchill Blvd., and Dundas Street in the Town of Oakville, Ontario. This is an advanced Notice indicating to the supplier community that UW intends to award a contract for these services to a pre-identified supplier: AET Group Inc (AET), of Kitchener, Ontario.  If no other supplier submits, on or before the closing date of this notice, a challenge with a suitable plan for an alternate approach, the competitive requirements of the University are considered to have been met.
