Description

The University of Waterloo invites qualified companies to submit Proposals for a Knowledge Base Solution, in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The University of Waterloo intends to select one Successful Respondent that meets or exceeds the Requirements identified in this RFP.
The prospective Solution will allow staff to populate content based on commonly asked questions and answers, as well as parse the content from relevant websites. The scope for the initial implementation will focus on the needs of the Student Success Centre. The Solution should also have the capability to scale as a campus-wide solution in terms of source of content as well as usage by other departments. The Solution is intended to address both staff and student knowledge base interests.
