A major challenge currently facing all educational institutions is increased enrolments at a time when tuition fees and operating grants are highly constrained.
Background
This Request for Proposals is intended to acquire a large Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) computer cluster to perform research on deep learning and training neural networks for large data, to study a new and fundamental theory of information distance, with innovative applications in bioinformatics and natural language processing.
