The University of Waterloo invites qualified vendors to submit Proposals for an Emergency Notification System, in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The University of Waterloo intends to select one (1) vendor that meets or exceeds the Requirements identified in this RFP.

Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Submission Deadline of January 5, 2024 2:30 PM EST. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. Bonfire will shut down at the Closing Time of 2:30 pm on the closing day even if you are midway through an upload. Do not leave your upload to the last day/minute. Do not submit your documents in Merx.
Important Notes:
The University of Waterloo will not accept responsibility for the delivery of any Proposal that is delivered other than by submitting in Bonfire, and will not accept, acknowledge, or return hard copy, facsimile or electronically emailed Proposals. For greater certainty, Respondents must not send the Contact Person an e-mail containing any Proposal or portion thereof.
