This Request for Proposal (RFP) addresses the requirements for a case management system to meet the operational needs of the University of Waterloo’s Campus Response & Support offices: The Office of Equity Diversity Inclusion and Anti-Racism (EDI-R), and the Sexual Violence Prevention and Response Office (SVPRO). Currently these groups are performing case-management operations without an online case management system. They rely heavily on desktop tools (MS Excel, MS Word, etc.) and manual effort. Our goal is to migrate the relevant operations in these offices to a comprehensive, off-the-shelf cloud-based case management system that allows for the secure storage, tracking and management of the sensitive information both offices independently handle. The total first Term budget/total cost of ownership (5 years) maximum allocated for this software (all costs over 5 years for the System = Total Cost in Appendix C) is not to exceed $80,000 CAD, excluding HST. The University of Waterloo invites qualified companies to submit Proposals for a Campus Response Case-Management System, in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The University of Waterloo intends to select one vendor that meets or exceeds the Requirements identified in this RFP.
