Description

The University of Waterloo invites qualified companies to submit Proposals for AV Production Services for Convocation and President’s Town Hall, in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP). We require a full-service staging and equipment rental company to provide staging, lighting and production set-up. Our intent is to establish a one (1) year contract with one supplier, with the option to renew for an additional four (4) years, commencing on March 1st, 2019.
