Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to find accessibility Case Management Software which will enable staff in the University of Waterloo’s AccessAbility Services to complete their day-to-day operations and support students accommodations. The University of Waterloo invites qualified vendors to submit Proposals for Case Management Software in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The University of Waterloo intends to select one (1) vendor that meets or exceeds the Requirements identified in this RFP.

We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. Bonfire will shut down at the Closing Time of 2:30 pm on the closing day even if you are midway through an upload. Do not leave your upload to the last day/minute. Do not submit your documents in Merx.
