Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to find a user-friendly Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) System SaaS which will modernize and optimize the management of the University of Waterloo’s Safety Office's operations. The University of Waterloo intends to select one (1) vendor that meets or exceeds the Requirements identified in this RFP.

Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized on the Bonfire Portal prior to the Submission Deadline of Feb 05, 2024 2:30 PM EST. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. Bonfire will shut down at the Closing Time of 2:30 pm on the closing day even if you are midway through an upload. Do not leave your upload to the last day/minute. Do not submit your documents in Merx.
