BACKGROUND:
Notice is hereby given by the University of Ottawa of the intent to enter into a multi-year agreement with Cubane Consulting Ltd. for the provision and implementation of UniForum, a program that enables participating institutions to strategically manage administration and support services.
The Uniforum program provides an objective basis for performance analysis through the sharing of information, best practices, and collaboration among similar institutions, namely members of the U15 Group of Canadian Research Universities (U15).
PROCESS:
Suppliers who consider their service/program compatible, successfully tested, readily available, and fully compliant with the ACAN minimum requirements may submit in writing a statement of capabilities to the contact person identified in this Notice, on or before the closing date of this Notice. In the statement of capabilities, the supplier must unequivocally demonstrate how their service/program, at minimum, equals or exceeds the stated requirements.
If no other supplier submits a statement of compatibility, on or before the closing date of this Notice, the competitive requirements of the University of Ottawa will be considered to have been met.
Following notification to suppliers not successful in unequivocally demonstrating that their statement of compatibility equals or exceeds the requirements set out in this Notice, the contract may then be awarded to the pre-identified supplier.

Closing Date: May 10th, 2022, at 3:00:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time
Scope of work includes, but not limited to:
- Provide interactive user-friendly database tool specialized for subscription universities.
- Collect accurate data regarding the delivery of administrative and academic support services from participating program members of the U15 Group of Canadian Research Universities.
- Maintain database and work with program members to develop plans based on key findings and recommendations.
