BT17-77864 - Supply of Cooling Towers

The University of Ottawa is seeking to select a cooling tower provider in order to move forward with the final design of a cooling tower replacement project for the Power Plant on Campus. Four cooling towers are being sought and the selection will be done via an evaluation where 70% of the scoring is for the technical specifications of the product and 30% is for pricing. There is a mandaotry bidder's briefing scheduled for Friday April 12, 2019 at 8:30 a.m. Proponents are asked to meet in the front lobby of 141 Louis-Pasteur at 8:30.
Proposals are due before 3:00:00 on Wednesday April 24, 2019 at 139 Louis-Pasteur in Room 274. The winning provider will be issued a letter of intent to move forward with their product at the price propsoed and the information will be forwarded to the engineering consultant doing the design. Once the work is tendered to the General Contractors, and an award is given for the work, the cooling tower supplier will be expected to provide the product at the given price to that winning General Contractor.
