Description

This Request for Supplier Qualification (“RFSQ) is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the supply of Audio Visual System equipment (the “Goods”), materials, labor, and control systems programming (the “Services”), to the University of Ottawa as further described in Part 2 – The Deliverables.
In the RFSQ process, The University of Ottawa intends to prequalify one (1) Preferred Supplier for the delivery of the AV equipment for the Learning Centre and a maximum of three (3) designated Suppliers, including the selected Preferred Supplier to be part of the VOR Arrangement for the Standard AV Equipment delivery for the upcoming projects.
