DescriptionA - Previous Amendment

The University of Ottawa is seeking General Contractors for the completion of life safety upgrades as well as miscellaneous patching and painting in two residences. The residences will be empty for a very specific period of time and the work is expected to be done folowing the detailed schedule. Electrical subcontractors and asbesots remediation subcontractors have been prequalfied and specifed in the bid documents. The mandatory job showing is scheduled for Friday April 21, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. at 90 University Drive. Bidders are to assemble at the front entrance. The bids are due before 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday May 2, 2017 and due to the tight timeframes, there will be no extension.
