Contract award will be through a CCDC2 lump sum. Mandatory bidder's briefing is scheduled for Friday June 16, 2017 at 10:00 at Parking Lot C on Stewart Street. Bids are scheduled to close before 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday June 28, 2017
