This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the University to prospective Architectural *and Engineering companies (Proponents) to submit proposals for the provision of professional services for a project at its Roger Guindon (RGN) located at 451 Smyth Road, Ottawa, Ontario

The Client is seeking architectural and engineering services for a long-term plan to support the modernization of RGN (including space allocation and swing space allocation). The Successful Proponent shall provide on-site investigations, end user consultation and, technical and professional architectural/engineering services as described in detail below for the following phases:
• Formulation of Decision-Making Criteria
• Creation of Phased Space Allocation Plan
• Feasibility Study (FS) Report
