The University of Ottawa is seeking to obtain proposals from companies to provide project management services for various construction Projects at the University of Ottawa. The mandate will be for a single (or multiple) project manager for a duration of one (1) year with an option to extend for two (2) additional six (6) month periods.
The Project Manager (PM) will be retained as a Service Provider to the University of Ottawa, Facilities, and shall take direction from the Senior Project Manager and will provide comprehensive services through the application of professional project management and business management methods, tools and techniques.
The ideal proponent will demonstrate experience and knowledge of recognized standards for integrated and sustainable design practices. The projects may include new lab construction or modifications to existing labs, office renewal or upgrades, changes to common areas, where project scope may include, design only, design/construction, or construction only.
The capacity to provide services in both French and English is preferable.
