Description

This public Request for Proposal issued by the University is an invitation to prospective companies to submit Proposals for the provision of project management services.

Reporting to the senior project manager of construction, the project manager will assist in the planning, design and implementation for various projects. The projects currently anticipated to be managed have construction values between $500K and $4M and include asset maintenance, elevator repairs and campus hardscapes.

Resources proposed for the services must have a minimum of ten (10) years experience providing project management services in the construction industry.

Insurance Certificate or a letter from an insurance broker conﬁrming that the Proponent will provide the required insurance
