UNIVERSITY OF OTTAWA – Advance Contract Award Notice #2018030-ACAN - Leadership Development Program Design, Delivery and Marketing
PURPOSE
The purpose of this Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is to post the University of Ottawa’s (uOttawa) intention to enter into contractual arrangements with Ingrid Richter & Company to provide the services identified in the requirements noted below.
This ACAN provides prospective service providers the opportunity to demonstrate that they are capable of satisfying all requirements set out in this Advance Contract Award Notice by way of submitting a Statement of Capabilities on or before the posting end date.
SCOPE OF WORK FOR PROPOSED SERVICE PROVIDER
The Director, Executive Programs (Telfer Executive Programs – TEP),Telfer School of Management Studies requires the services of Ingrid Richter and Company to provide strategic direction and ongoing support to enable the uOttawa TEP to fulfill its plan and mandate to expand and enhance its executive programs, particularly as focused on public sector, private sector, health care sector, and the non-profit sectors in the Ottawa region and across Canada.
More specifically, the responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
REQUIREMENTS
The resource assigned to this mandate from the service provider requires at a minimum:
- In-depth knowledge and proven experience in leadership development, organizational change and adult learning, especially as it relates to public, private and non-profit organizations and leadership cadres.
- In-depth knowledge of the federal public sector apparatus, and knowledge of how continuous learning relates to leadership and executive development.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in designing leadership and executive development programs, and ability to provide highly customized learning programs for these audiences.
- Demonstrated experience and academic credentials related to delivering leadership and executive development programs, including awareness of specialized personality inventories, coaching skills and personal development strategies.
- experience in organizational development, organizational restructuring and change, program evaluation, strategic planning and design of implementation plans.
- Strong research and administrative writing skills for program content and delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to work in teams, but also to self-direct and work autonomously.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Certifications and membership in the associated field.
