Description

This Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ) is an invitation by the University of Ottawa (University/Owner) to General Contractors (Proponents) to submit proposals to be prequalified for a construction project located 200 Lees Avenue. As part of the larger 200 Lees Redevelopment, Decants are tasked to create new or temporary locals for clients that will be affected by the construction project. Decant Part B consists of renovating and reconfiguring existing locales in Block A and Block E to make them suitable for the temporary relocation of the SIM Labs and Nursing offices currently located in Block B and Block C.
Construction is estimated to commence in March 2021 and required to be completed by end of May 2021.
The winning bidder wil be required to sign a CCDC 2 Construction Contract and the University's Supplementary Conditions which are attached.
