This Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ) is an invitation by the University of Ottawa (University/Owner) to Concrete and Asphalt Contractors (Proponents) to submit proposals to be prequalified for the Parking Garage intervention project to repair spalling concrete, delaminated traffic topping, leaking cracks, and asphalt repair in the Mann, Desmarais, and Perez garages. The contractor will act as the general contractor for this project.
