The University of Ottawa invites qualified suppliers to submit a proposal for the supply, delivery and installation of a nanoHPLCLC system that can be coupled to a high-field asymmetric waveform ion mobility spectrometry (FAIMS) Pro interface nanosource for mass spectrometry (MS) analyses.

General Description:
A nanoHPLC system is required that can be coupled to a high-field asymmetric waveform ion mobility spectrometry (FAIMS) Pro interface nanosource (currently in place) and that is connected to a mass spectrometry (MS). The nanosource currently in place is the FAIMS Pro Interface (FMS02-100001) from Thermofisher Scientific.
The University requires installation, set-up and in-house training for the nanoHPLC system. It must work seamlessly with the nano-source and MS for separation of peptides prior to MS.
