Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the University of Ottawa (the “University”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a bilingual (French - English) Lecture Capture and Audience Response Systems, as further described in Appendix D (RFP Particulars) Section A (the “Deliverables”).

While we ideally seek a single integrated system to handle both Lecture Capture and Audience Response, we will accept proposals for independent solutions targeting solely the Lecture Capture aspect or the Audience Response aspect alone, with the objective to acquire two independent systems if this proves preferable based on the combined evaluations.
