PURPOSE
The purpose of this Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is to post the University of Ottawa’s (uOttawa) intention to enter into contractual arrangements with 6827748 Canada Inc. to provide the services identified in the requirements noted below.
SCOPE OF WORK FOR PROPOSED SERVICE PROVIDER
The Chief Information Officer, Information Technology at the University of Ottawa, requires the services of a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Program Director for a Financial Resources and Human Resources Optimization Program. In particular the service provider will be responsible for the initiation, planning, execution, governance and closure of each project.
