2017018-RFP - Internal Audit Services

The University is looking for a firm to provide internal audit services to the University in accordance with the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing published by the Institute of Internal Auditors.
 
The firm is expected to provide an experienced and seasoned partner in charge, who will be supported by a team of experienced professionals to work collaboratively with senior management.  The deliverables will depend on the work requested by the Audit Committee and may include but not limited, to the following deliverables:

• Perform full internal audit work for a specific mandate, approved by the Audit committee based on the approved risk audit plan ;
• Provide a Risk Based Audit Plan;
• Forensic audit;
• Audit of significant Information system project and/or construction project;
• Review University internal controls systems/internal control over financial reporting;
• Other mandates related to financial and governance matters;
• May be requested to perform mandate in other areas, at the request of senior management or Audit Committee.
