The prep HPLC/MS will contain the following features: A) preparative pumps: Quaternary system, gradient mode; B) auto sampler of sample introduction for instrument calibration and sample analysis; C) a diode array detector for flow cells for analytical and preparative purposes; D) Quad MS detector for identification and characterization; E) free on-line access to MS library, F) fraction collector; G) degassing system; and H) a computer appropriate to run the software package unique to the prep HPLC/MS instrument.
