Description

The proposed instrumentation is a 3D laser fabrication system comprising of (i) a high pulse energy, high repetition rate femtosecond laser with pulse durations less than 150 fs, (ii) a micro-machining platform consisting of three linear translation stages with less than 100 nm resolution and rotation stage, (iii) two 4x8 ft optical tables, and (iv) an interface that permits control of the laser and the machining platform.
